• No Commercial Data Sale: Student and parent personal data is strictly confidential and is never sold, leased, or rented to third-party commercial organizations under any circumstance.
• Google Workspace for Education Compliance: Official school email accounts (@stjohn.edu.et) operate under Google Workspace for Education security standards. Student data in Drive or Classroom is not targeted for advertising.
• Safeguarding Encryption: All sensitive reports submitted via the Safeguarding portal are encrypted in transit and accessible solely by authorized child protection officers.
