Letter of Recommendation: Current Students
Request a letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor for college applications, scholarships, or summer programs.
Important Guidelines
- Notice: You must provide your recommender with at least 3 weeks' notice before the deadline.
- Brag Sheet: You must download, complete, and attach your "Brag Sheet" to this request. This helps your recommender write a detailed and personalized letter.
- In-Person Ask: Before submitting this form, you should have already asked the teacher/counselor in person if they would be willing to write a letter for you.
